Technote (troubleshooting) Problem(Abstract) There may be multiple different causes of a PasswordCheckFailedException/CWWIM4529E error, not limited to an incorrect password. There are, however, various root causes that can be derived from the values that follow the initial description. I tested it first with the LDAP Browser\Editor v2.8.2 by Derek Gawor, which is good tool. Could you please try to use FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) and see if the problem persist. https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21290631
