What Is Transmit Error Code 1231
Must of damaged something that decided to quit all of a sudden. Adding the Default gateway fixes the problem. Itsa mystery, but prolly one not worth trying to figure out. After exhausting all other options, we re-installed Vista, and all was back to normal. check over here

Server2 had static IP’s of 192.168.11.2 and 192.168.12.2. We don't know what else to try. It may be that your TCP/IP stack has become corrupted. Transmit Error Code 1231 Windows 10 This seems to favor V6 over V4 since it is thought that this could cause the problem.

In some cases, if you are running Vista and are also running TCP/IPv6, this may be the cause of the problem, as V4 seems to work better with Vista. We have two computers wired to a router - mine is working fine.
