I was having an issue even getting this project to save because it was originally created in another account on the same computer. I didn't see the preferences file and figured DVD SP didn't load correctly when I sync the MBP with iMac. This is required even though it is not built or used as first play.

If that doesn't work then use FCS Maintenance to remove Compressor and Qmaster, then reinstall them from the original discs. I did try to burn another dvd of the one that was succesful from last week and I still get compiler filer error. Try creating a new folder on your desktop to build to- that ought to work temporarily - the real solution is to work out the appropriate read/write permissions from an administrator or Maybe dvd studio pro file is corrupted... I get "Compiler File Error". I do notice that a video TS folder and an audio TS folder now shows up on my desktop during/after burn, this never happened before.

This is my first DVD project on the new iMac and tried the suggestion to rename the compressor files and discard the PAR files - same error. But trashing the preferences seems to do the trick.
