I have a Dell OptiPlex GX 110 with a message that reads, "Plug and Play Configuration Error!" every time I turn my computer on. I tried unplugging all the drives with the cards in but no luck. the computer isn't recognizing peripherals, that would be a mouse and keyboard for those who have trouble following along).
