Just download this onto your computer and walk through the installation process. I know it's been a while since anyone has posted here but if you can give a more in depth how to for this I'd appreciate it. If not, what do you mean by "elevated command prompt". Once again I must turn to the kind and knowledgeable folks who populate this forum for help. If there's no errors then this method fixed the issue. Hopefully the wmi fix will fix that error as for the dcom you have something not registering with the server in the allocated 2 minutes of time. Every time.
